Volunteer Services

The MCDC can help you obtain volunteer services for a number of areas :

Transportation services : Do you need transportation to an important medical or dental appointment? Give us 48-hours notice and we will do our very best to find the right person to drive you there.
Meals on wheels and home care : Although we do not provide these volunteer services, we can arrange them for you by calling on one of our partners in the region.
Translation services : In case of emergencies or traumas, our volunteers can serve as interpreter between you and the medical staff until a family member or a friend can take over.
Tax forms : We help low-income earners fill out their federal and provincial tax forms.
