Drop-Ins

Drop-in afternoons for seniors are organized through the community group “Jeffery Hale Community Partners”.

They are held on Mondays from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., three times a month.  They provide English-speaking seniors with an opportunity to meet old friends or to make new ones, to play cards or games and to socialize in friendly surroundings.

Drop-in afternoons are hosted in turn in various locations :

• Thetford Mines
• Ste. Agathe
• Kinnear’s Mills
• Inverness

MCDC provides free transportation to seniors who do not have other means to attend.
