During the school year, MCDC is providing life skills workshops given by community partners and volunteers for the benefit of A.S. Johnson High School students in Thetford Mines. Each of the workshops gives students the tools to help them transition from living at home with their families to becoming independent and capable of taking care of themselves once they leave home to pursue post-secondary studies or to join the workforce. Links are provided here for the students to refer to, after having participated in each of the workshops.
