Activity offered by the Cummings Centre to increase accessibility amongst older adults to social, physical, and educational programs, regardless of their health status, language barriers or isolation. These free programs are generously funded by the Government of Quebec through the QADA grant.

Practicing cyber safety can go a long way toward protecting your identity and sensitive personal information. Cybersecurity is about risk reduction, learning how to protect yourself on the internet and make yourself a more difficult target. This course will provide you important tips and knowledge for your own protection.
