    211 is an information and referral service that refers citizens towards community organisations, public and parapublic services and programs near them. It is a free and confidential service.

    Call 211 on weekdays 8am-7pm, and weekends 8am-3.30pm.

    The 311 Lévis team is there to answer your questions about a service offered by the City, to make a comment, to request an intervention or to report a problem.

    By phone at 311 from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

    811 is the telephone number for Info-Santé and Info-Social.  811 is a telephone information and advice service that has nurses and pyschosocial workers responding to health and well-being concerns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This service is available in English or French.  811 is used for the entire province of Québec.
