At MCDC (Making Connections, Developing Community), we believe strong communities are built through human connection, trust, and care. For over 25 years, we have supported the English-speaking community of Chaudière-Appalaches by improving access to health and social services.

Build meaningful relationships with community members
Support individuals in navigating health and social service systems
Provide information, guidance, and follow-up for seniors, caregivers, and vulnerable people
Develop and share accessible health and social service information in English
Participate in community events, outreach activities, and presentations
Represent MCDC at regional committees and partner tables
Collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure strong follow-up and reporting
Experience in health, social services, or community development
Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
Organized, autonomous, and people-centred
Knowledge of Quebec's English-speaking community is an asset

Competitive salary: $25.49 - $31.86/hour (based on experience)
